Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your AVENX purchase.

Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong product
• A required part is missing

Return Conditions

The product should be unused and in its original condition with available packaging and accessories. We may ask for photos or videos of the issue.

Returns are generally not accepted for damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return

• Order number
• Your name
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos, if needed

Refunds

After we receive and check the returned product, approved refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Refund processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation before your order is shipped. After shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
